For any other returns, you can return a product for a full refund within 10 days of delivery date. Contact help@frenchbulldogmama.com for directions. (Product must be returned at customer's shipping expense. Product must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition and packaging. Refund will occur after receipt of returned items. Please allow 10-14 days for refund to be processed after we receive your item.) To cancel or modify an order, please contact us at help@frenchbulldogmama.com within 12 hours of the time you placed your order. We process orders very quickly so any requests after this time may not be able to be accommodated. We are not responsible for lost/undelivered items due to incorrect shipping address.
